Are the nails strong?
Yes! we use high quality full cover nail tips that are made out of gel rather than plastic like most other brands. The tips are then reinforced with a few coats of gel polish for a perfect fresh out of the salon look. Our nails also come with a perfectly shaped structure and apex to prevent damage to your natural nails. No need to worry about flimsy nails.
How do I size my nails?
To size your own nails please follow our sizing chart. Please keep in mind that sizes in different shapes and styles may vary, for example our stiletto nails run a size smaller than our coffin nails. To properly size your own nails you can take a tape measure and place it from edge to edge of the natural nail and count every tick mark for your size in millimeters. If you do not have a tape measure available you can apply a piece of tape to your natural nail and mark both edges with a pen, finally just lay the piece of tape on top of the ruler and count the tick marks in between both lines for your size in millimeters.
What comes with a sizing kit?
Skip the measuring, we strongly recommend you consider purchasing a sizing kit. With the purchase of a sizing kit you will receive one nail of every size in your desired shape. This will allow you to try on every nail and decide which is the best fit for a perfect custom fit. You can find our sizing kits in our products tab under sizing.
What if my nails don't match the preset sizes?
If your nails don't match the preset sizes you can input your sizes into the note box at checkout. We prefer if you type your nail sizes in from left to right from pinky to pinky.
What if the nails I purchased don't fit?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our made to order automized products we are not responsible if the wrong size is ordered. If you have any other problem with your order please contact us through the contact form under the contact tab and let us know.
How long do the nails last?
The nails can last up to two weeks when applied properly.
How do I apply my nails?
Every nail set comes with glue and a set of instructions.
What comes with my order?
Every order receives a complimentary prep bag which includes glue, a wooden cuticle pusher, a mini buffing block, a mini nail file, and alcohol prep pads. Every set also includes a set of application and removal instructions. The prep bag and glue are also available for individual purchase.
Is my nail set reusable?
Yes! nail sets are reusable with proper prep. For nails applied with glue simply remove as much of the excess glue as possible with a hand file or electric file. Nails applied with nail tabs are ideal for multiple uses, to prep these simply remove the previous nail tab, remove all residue, apply new nail tab and they're ready to go!
I am only going to wear these nails for an event that lasts one day what are my options?
Nail tabs are available upon request. We understand that not everyone can wear nails for long periods of time so simply add a note at checkout stating if you would like nail tabs instead of nail glue or if you would like both and we will include those at no extra charge.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Due to the nature of our customized made to order products we can not offer a set delivery window but we work hard to ensure that the turn around time for every order is as fast as possible.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our made to order customized products we can do not offer any returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons. If you have a problem with your order please contact us.
Do you offer custom nail sets?
At this time we do not advertise custom sets but feel free to contact us with a request and we will let you know if it is possible.
Is it possible to modify a nail set already available on the site?
Of course! just contact us and let us know before you make your order and we will let you know if it is possible and if there will be an up charge. For example if you like the color of a set but not the details just let us know and we will see what we can do for you. Any modification can be subject to an additional fee.
